Away Days Wrap-Up: Previous Highlights and Looking Ahead
At Complete Projects, we are proud of the friendly, collaborative team we've built over the years. As we work flexibly and often remotely, our regular company away days are something we eagerly anticipate, as they offer a rare chance for our team to come together in person. These trips are more than just a break from the daily grind - they’re an opportunity to celebrate our collective achievements while laying the groundwork for future successes.
As we look back on some of the memorable destinations we've explored, we also want to share a glimpse of what’s coming next. Our upcoming away day in Amsterdam this November promises to be another memorable event, filled with opportunities to connect, learn, and grow as a team.
Highlights from Our Previous Away Days
Over the years, each away day has brought its own blend of learning, camaraderie, and fun. Most recently, we gathered in York in April 2024, where we had the pleasure of welcoming two new colleagues, Kirsty and Coren. . Our time was marked by insightful sessions on topics like Power BI and Gen AI, as well as engaging discussions on how we can better communicate our expertise in legal and project services.
Beyond the meeting rooms, we explored the historic city, with some of us opting for a cycling tour while others enjoyed a leisurely walk through the cobbled streets.. You can read more about our York away day here.
But York is just one stop on our journey. Our previous away days have taken us to a variety of exciting locations, including Paris, Dublin, and Amsterdam, where we’ve sailed, cycled, and explored new cities together. These trips are vital to help us build and maintain a cohesive and dynamic team, no matter where we are in the world.

Looking Ahead: Amsterdam Awaits
As we look forward to November, we’re gearing up for our second visit to Amsterdam. Known for its picturesque canals and historic charm, Amsterdam offers the perfect setting for our team to reconnect, unwind, and continue building on the strong foundations we’ve established over the years.
In addition to the team-building activities, we’re excited to be part of Crafty Fest Europe as a headline partner, where we’ll join in-house legal professionals from across the UK and EU for a day of inspiring panels and dynamic workshops. Our very own Keith will also be participating in a panel discussion on cross-border transformation, a topic that aligns closely with our expertise in legal structuring.
As we prepare for our upcoming adventure in Amsterdam, we’re reminded of the wonderful memories we’ve created together and the exciting future that lies ahead.
