We helped one of our clients transform their finance organisation, project managing the establishment of their first global shared service centre. We supported the finance function in project planning, tracking and managing risks and issues, project status reporting, cost-benefit tracking and reporting and liaising with vendors for information and plans.
We worked with another global client to project manage the onerous and highly regulated process of retendering their audit contract and then transitioning from the existing to new auditor. We have also project managed the similar tender and transition process for clients’ outsourcing of global statutory accounting and tax compliance.
