Recently, Complete Projects undertook a comprehensive review of ScreenSkills’ governance structure, developing practical recommendations to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and ensure stronger governance practices across the organisation.

Our review resulted in a refined board composition that better represents the sector across the UK, as well as enhanced clarity on the role and responsibilities of committees & skill councils within the governance structure and a streamlined decision-making framework.
