Artiom Bendelston – Project Manager, Governance & Legal Structuring
After graduating from Bayes Business School and prior to joining our team, Artiom gained valuable experience in financial services and software-as-a-service.
In his first role with Complete Projects, Artiom supported a diverse array of projects in organisational transformation, global subsidiary governance, and legal entity rationalisation with FTSE100 clients. In 2021, Artiom transitioned to the Company Secretarial team at Pearson plc, where he supported group reorganisation and M&A projects, participated in group and PLC governance reviews, and contributed to strategic planning and reporting.
Artiom’s current focus revolves around leveraging his expertise in these areas from the project management perspective. Concurrently, he is advancing his professional qualifications and is actively pursuing completion of CGI's Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme with the goal of becoming a Chartered Governance Professional.
In his downtime, Artiom makes travel plans or contemplates the goal of completing an Ironman 70.3!
