Cheryl’s career highlights include:
Leading on due diligence, legal workstreams, and functional M&A planning for the acquisition of a luxury residential care home
Managing an M&A portfolio - including three divestments, one acquisition, and multiple site openings and closures
Providing change management for the migration of ~900 weekly reports to Power BI
Overseeing end-to-end delivery of a new eMar system, including configuration, API integration, testing, and data migration
Developing and managing a business wind-down plan, ensuring milestones, budgets and IT deliverables were met in line with FCA regulations
