Sarah’s past programmes include Digital Working, Service Improvement Mechanism (SIM), Intelligent Routing, Passenger Experience, Capital IT, and BAA/Gatwick Separation. Her projects have spanned the energy and utilities, telecommunications, aviation, retail, travel and adult social care sectors.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Sarah in the Essex countryside walking with her kids and dog.
