Birgitte Jensen - Senior Lawyer: Structuring, Governance & Energy Sector
Birgitte is an English law-qualified and practicing corporate lawyer with over a decade's experience. Her career has focused predominantly on advising energy clients on corporate and commercial matters, including restructuring, M&A projects, and corporate governance matters. Before joining Complete Projects, Birgitte worked at PwC in the UK Energy Legal team.
Birgitte has acted for renewable energy clients on solar and battery investments and oil and gas clients as they seek to diversify, restructure, and commit to a net zero future and lower carbon solutions.
Birgitte advises UK and international businesses on energy project developments, joint ventures, sale and purchase agreements, restructuring, good corporate governance practices and day-to-day commercial transactions.
Away from work, Birgitte is an avid tennis player and a passionate traveler. She finds joy in exploring her native Scandinavia with her young family.
