Keith Bottomley – Head of Legal Structuring, Governance & Energy Sector Services
Keith is an English law qualified and practising corporate and energy lawyer with over 18 years' experience advising clients on corporate governance, restructuring and M&A projects. Prior to joining Complete Projects, Keith led the UK Energy Legal team at PwC.
Keith leads our restructuring practice specialising in global legal entity rationalisation, divisionalisation, pre deal carve out and post deal integration projects. He also applies his expertise in energy transition to projects for our many visionary clients leading the way on the revolution that’s needed to decarbonise and democratise energy sources, supply and consumption.
When not at work Keith spends most of his time entertaining his two young kids and running in a desperate attempt to keep fit. Although he still harbours ambitions of becoming a professional ice hockey player someday, he is now largely an armchair enthusiast.
