Victoria Ten - Senior Lawyer: Legal Structuring and Governance
Victoria is dual qualified (Israel and England and Wales) practicing corporate solicitor. Her career has focused predominantly on advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, including restructuring, M&A projects, and corporate governance matters. Before joining Complete Projects, Victoria worked as a Senior Associate at Greymore, London.
Victoria advises UK and international businesses on energy project developments, joint ventures, sale and purchase agreements, restructuring, good corporate governance practices and day-to-day commercial transactions.
Alongside her legal career, Victoria is an accomplished anthropologist, publishing research on contemporary Korean society and teaching the Korean mind-body discipline known as GiCheon. Fluent in English, French, Dutch, Russian, Korean, and Hebrew, she brings a truly global perspective to her work. Outside of her professional life, Victoria enjoys open-water swimming, hiking, and salsa dancing.
